TRI 101/TRI 201 Clinics
We have once again teamed up with Fleet Feet Sports to help out with these two triathlon clinics. The TRI-101 is geared toward the base beginner with the target race of the HiWaay sprint. The TRI-201 (new for this year) is geared toward getting ready for your first Olympic distance race, the Rocketman.
Registration for both of these starts on 1 March, and I know for a fact the TRI-101 will fill up VERY quickly, so if you are interested, do so on 1 March! Last year's TRI-101 was a phenominal success, not only did we get people off their collective butts, we created honest to goodness triathletes, club members and overall GREAT people.

2010 Team Rocket Tri Club Activities:
(This is a tentative schedule, and subject to changes)
April 5th - "Ice Breaker Social" Beer & Brats at Larry Newmans (VP) house. Eat, drink, plan, and discuss the upcoming season.
May 1st - (Saturday) Hands-on bike clinic in Larry's driveway. We will teach you basic bike maintenance, cleaning, adjusting, tune-up, flat fix'n, etc. and you will do this all on your own bike.
June 7th - Swim clinic (location TBD)
June 19th - (Saturday) Open water swim session at the Carmack's (Rick's sister) in Scottsboro.
July 5th - Bike info, discount shopping at Trailhead
Aug 2nd - Triathlon nutrition, and discount shopping at Fleet Feet
Sept - NO MEETINGS
Oct 4th - Run topic and a view from the professional side (Andrew Hodges), and stretching by Nesin Therapy
Nov 15th - 2010 close-out meeting, check presentations to our charities and election of officers for 2011.
