Weekly Training Opportunities

Front and rear lights required for all evening rides. High visibility vest required for all rides on Redstone Arsenal (leaving from Fern Bell Park).

Monday: Disco Night Ride leaves Fern Bell Park at 6:00 PM. Led by Mike Gerrity.
Wednesday: Disco Night Ride leaves Fern Bell Park at 6:00 PM led by Will Barnwell. 6:30 PM roll out from Fern Bell Park with Roe Helm
Wednesday: Bicycles Etc Sunset Ride leaves Bicycles Etc at 5:15 PM.
Saturday: Coffee Shop Ride leaves Bicycle Cove at 8:00 AM. Our friends at Bicycle Cove will buy your coffee at De La Vega Coffee and Treats post ride!
Sundays in April: Swim, Bike and Run the Guntersville Olympic Triathlon course starting at 1 PM.
